WHY OUR  BEEF IS MORE HEALTHY & SAFER THAN MOST OTHERS

For years, a critical point has been overlooked by many beef consumers: simply purchasing beef labeled 'Product of the USA' at superstores,  supermarkets, unqualified meat markets, or even from meat trucks does not guarantee that you are actually buying beef that originated from USA-born, raised, and processed cattle. This label can be misleading, as it allows beef imported from other countries to be processed in the United States and then labeled as a 'Product of the USA.' This raises significant concerns about the quality and safety of the beef you're consuming. Notably, some of the largest exporters of beef to the USA, including countries like Korea, China, Mexico, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, may not have the same rigorous inspection standards for diseases like Hoof & Mouth, brucellosis, or tuberculosis as the United States Department of Agriculure. This means that beef from these regions could potentially enter the US market without the same level of scrutiny, posing a potential risk to both consumers and the domestic beef industry.

This beef stands apart due to the Wagyu breed's unique ability to accumulate higher ratios of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFA) to Saturated Fatty Acids (SFA) compared to typical domestic beef. This distinct characteristic translates to significant health benefits for consumers. A diet rich in MUFAs and lower in SFAs has been shown to lower undesirable LDL cholesterol levels while maintaining or even improving levels of beneficial HDL cholesterol. Specifically, the presence of Oleic acid in our Wagyu beef can contribute to a reduced risk of Cardiovascular Disease. Beyond heart health, the abundance of MUFAs in our beef can offer a range of additional benefits, potentially playing a role in preventing Coronary Heart Disease, managing High Blood Pressure, and even exhibiting anti-diabetic effects, making it a healthier and potentially safer choice.
